Complaint

  1. Complaint may be lodged by any individual, an employee or any Vendor having business dealing with the Company.
  2. Complaint should be specific, with relevant details of the facts.
  3. Contact name and address are mandatory for verification of the Complaint and processing of the complaint.
  4. The complainant will get a unique Identification Number for each complaint lodged on his / her e-mail address. Therefore a valid and functional e-mail ID may be mentioned.
  5. Only complaint having vigilance angle will be taken up.
  6. Status of the complaint can be obtained by clicking on top of "Login for Registered User".
  7. No corresponding will be entertained on the subject, after lodging of the complaint.
  8. You have to register first, before filing a complaint.

As per Central Vigilance Commission Circular No.03/03/16 dated 7th March 2016 No action will be taken on anonymous/pseudonymous complaints.

The Complaints are, therefore advise to provide his/her correct verifiable details.
